Benefits Navigation Sessions
30-Minute Benefits Navigation Session — $35
60-Minute Benefits Navigation Session — $60
Benefits Navigation Sessions are individualized virtual sessions designed to help customers understand benefit programs, notices, administrative processes, available resources, and possible next steps.
Sessions are educational and informational and do not create an attorney-client, medical-provider, government-representative, or insurance-agent relationship.
Customers should complete the requested intake information before their appointment so the available session time can be used effectively.
Appointments, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Customers who need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled session should contact Georgia Benefits Support as soon as reasonably possible.
Any cancellation, rescheduling, credit, or refund eligibility will depend on the terms presented during booking or checkout and the status of the service at the time of the request.
If you have questions about cancellation or refund terms, please contact Georgia Benefits Support before completing your purchase.
Payments
Prices are displayed before purchase.
Payment may be required before work begins or before an appointment is confirmed.
Payments are processed through the secure payment provider available through the website.
Customers should review the selected service, price, and any applicable discount before completing payment.
Purchasing a service does not guarantee eligibility for or approval of any public benefit.
Refunds
Because Georgia Benefits Support offers both individualized work products and scheduled services, refund eligibility may depend on whether work has already begun, a document has already been reviewed, or a scheduled session has occurred.
Customers should contact Georgia Benefits Support promptly with refund questions.
Any refund decision will be based on the circumstances of the purchase, the service status, and any terms presented during checkout or booking.
This section does not limit any rights a customer may have under applicable law.
Government Deadlines
Customers remain responsible for all government and program deadlines.
Contacting or purchasing a service from Georgia Benefits Support does not extend an appeal deadline, application deadline, renewal deadline, request-for-information deadline, or other agency deadline.
If you have an urgent government deadline, contact the appropriate government agency directly when necessary to protect your benefits or appeal rights.
Selecting an urgent deadline on an intake form does not guarantee same-day service.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.
Missing, inaccurate, or outdated information may affect the usefulness of the guidance provided.
Program Rules Can Change
Public-benefit programs are governed by federal and state laws, regulations, policies, agency guidance, funding decisions, and administrative practices that may change.
Georgia Benefits Support makes reasonable efforts to use current official sources, but customers should verify important eligibility requirements, deadlines, benefit amounts, and program decisions directly with the responsible agency.
